Position Title: Purchasing Agent
Date: 16 March 2012
NCE Computer Group, a global service provider specializing in Data Center Service and Repair solutions, 
is looking to strengthen our US Office Team in the El Cajon area. Since its inception in 1981, NCE has prided 
itself in delivering superb customer service covering a vast array of equipment while emerging as a leader 
in the Data Storage and Server industry.
 
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
 
Resolve supply/supplier issues; perform as the corporate purchasing liaison between company and suppliers; be the point of contact for
Company and other key Operating Company customers to assist in managing and resolving supplier quality, supply and service issues;
 assist and coordinate critical material expedites. 
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers, suppliers, peers and management. 
Proactively participate and provide innovative purchasing solutions in various Operating Company new product and project meetings. 
Source business specific materials as required. 

Work together with internal / external peers and management to implement best practice methodologies to improve purchasing operational processes, efficiencies and strategies.
Identify opportunities for improvement take appropriate actions to ensure all supplier performance areas meet or exceed customer requirements. 
Implement tasks and manage timeline of strategic cost savings projects. 
Work with various internal departments to help research and resolve invoice discrepancies. 
Work with various internal departments to resolve supplier claims. 
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL: 
Associate's / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 

EXPERIENCE: 
At least 3 years purchasing, supply chain, demand planning and/or technical/manufacturing experience. 
Demonstrated operational buying capability. 
Candidate must demonstrate quick study / learner, proven ability to manage change, ability to work across boundaries and borders. 
Excellent communicator and demonstrated skills in collaboration. 
Strong negotiation and pricing skills for materials and services. 

SKILLS: 
GREAT PLAINS knowledge & experience
MUST be proficient with Excel, Word, Power Point, E-Sourcing - Purchasing and Outlook systems. 
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. 
Ability to analyze and solve problems. 
Proficiency and experience with computerized MRP, or ERP systems is preferred.

Position Title: Business Development Representative
Date: 15 May 2012
NCE Computer Group, a global service provider specializing in Data Center Service and Repair solutions
is searching for stellar Business Development Representatives.  
These positions will be based in our Corporate Headquarters in El Cajon, CA. 

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, energetic  professional with a great personality.
Must possess great verbal and written communication skills and be willing to make
 back-to back cold calls on a daily basis.  The Business Development Representatives report to the Director of Sales.
 
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
 
The Business Development Representative is responsible for cold-calling companies and speaking to IT staff 
in an effort to create Interest in NCE Services
*The Business Development Representative will be expected to maintain a very high call volume
*Consistent outbound phone calls  
*Emails potential customer prospects
*Responsible for lead generation targets
*Continuously and proactively contacts new customers to develop business interest
*The Business Development Representative is responsible for setting up follow-up calls with new contacts and will
 participate in these calls with the Region Service Manager, Business Development Manager, and/or the Director of Sales. 
*Updates ACT with all client interaction information, documents all new client info, etc. 
*Must track daily and weekly activities.
*Maintains weekly activity report for Director of Sales
*Responsible for maintaining sales and marketing campaigns, as directed, to grow business
*Works with Business Development Manager and Regional Sales Manager, as needed
*Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned as needed, by the Director of Sales or other management
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
 
Clear and crisp verbal communication skills
- Must have the patience and ability to listen to prospects, and articulate what they hear in written form
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2 or more years of telephone sales experience, preferably in a technical/computer-related market or industry
- Cold calling experience is highly preferred
- Must be extremely personable
- Must be able to work well as a member of a team, and develop customer interest creating business leads.

Position Title: Jr. Bench Technician
Date: 15 May 2012
NCE Computer Group, a global service provider specializing in Data Center Service and Repair solutions, 
is looking to strengthen our US Office Team in the El Cajon area. Since its inception in 1981, NCE has prided 
itself in delivering superb customer service covering a vast array of equipment while emerging as a leader 
in the Data Storage and Server industry.
 
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
 
We are currently looking for a Jr. Bench Technician to work in our Depot Repair Center. 
Responsibilities include the testing of units using a test program and recording performance results,
 replacement of parts and assemblies as required according to the procedures, and to test and 
calibration of units prior to repair.. 
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
 
Experience: Previous electronic or mechanical, understanding of PC architecture and maintenance, 
technical aptitude, and self-motivation experience preferred.
