Position Title: Customer Service Engineer
Date: 11 January 2013

                    
 
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
 
We are currently searching for onsite Customer Service Engineers to work in the Boston, New England, Tempe, AZ, Winston, Salem
and MN areas.  You MUST have a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance in order to apply for these positions.

• Provide server, tape, printer and library hardware diagnosis and repair
• Provide onsite service to meet 24x7 SLA
• Provide Documentation for testing activities
• Provide Documentation for assigned projects
• Identify and coordinate all NCE customer service related activities and objectives with assigned customer base
• Establish and grow effective service relationships with assigned customer base
• Additional duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
 
Minimum educational requirement of a H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent
• MUST have a minimum of five years technical experience in an hardware BREAK/FIX environment for enterprise level servers, disk 
and tape storage arrays and libraries
• Technical knowledge and proficiency with IBM pSeries and iSeries Servers 
• MUST have technical knowledge and experience with SUN, DELL and HP Servers 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required
• Ability to multi-task and maintain priorities
• Minimum 5-year experience in a role involving direct customer contact (internal and external customers)
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must be a self-motivated team player and able to immediately contribute to a fast paced, deadline intensive environment
• Proficiency in Windows based applications, WORD and EXCEL
• Must have an insured vehicle, possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check
• A+ and N+ Certification a plus

Hours of Work:
 
MUST be flexible to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to work weekends, shift and/or rotational schedule as required

Position Title: Customer Service Representative

We are currently searching for outstanding Customer Care Representatives in our 24/7 Call Center. These are full-time positions wth benefits 
that are based at Corporate Headquarters in El Cajon, CA. The ideal candidate must flexible to work any schedule and must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays., as needed.

Position Title: Depot Operator
Date: 08 April 2013
This position reports to the Workshop Supervisor and interact with all levels of the company.
The ideal candidate will be a team player that is detailed-oriented, self-motivated, disciplined, diligent, and adaptable.
 
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
 
•	Responsible for testing of units using test programmes and recording performance results
•	Responsible for replacement of parts and assemblies as required according to the procedures and relevant databases updated
•	Responsible for testing and calibration of units prior to repair action
•	Ensure that all anti-static precautions have been taken and to keep testing and rework areas neat and tidy
•	Ensure that all soldering techniques are of the highest quality.
•	Support Workshop Technicians / Engineers and Workshop Supervisor 
•	Report any non-conforming product and/or equipment to Workshop Supervisor
•	Responsible for ensuring all tools and equipment issued are kept complete and in 
good working order, antistatic smock to be cleaned weekly.
•	Must operate in accordance with the Management System and be willing to recommend 
changes for improvement
•	Responsible for providing efficient, timely and quality support service to the Workshop 
Technicians and Engineers
•	Will repair product as prioritized by your working process and /or by the Workshop Supervisor
•	Will support Engineers with failure analysis and diagnostic evaluation
•	Will provide support to Technical Staff 
•	Any other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
 
Requirements:
•	Must take direction well
•	Must achieve or exceed repair target consistently.
Education:
•	Previous mechanical and / or electronic apprenticeship desirable
•	Understanding of computer architecture and maintenance desirable
•	Must have a high school diploma or GED

Position Title: Depot Bench Technician
Date: 04 August 2013
Under the direction of the Workshop Supervisor, this position will be responsible for repairing product.  
This position will also provide support to the engineers with failure analysis and diagnostic evaluation, 
as well as provide technical support to the  Junior Technicians.

The ideal candidate will be a team player that is self-motivated, detailed-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
 
	Requirements:
•	Must have previous experience repairing electronic products.
•	Previous experience working in assembly or as a technician repairing electronic products
•	Must be familiar with SMT technology
•	Must have good electronic knowledge
•	Must be familiar with principles of data storage, mechanically minded, and able to solder.
•	Must have a good understanding of computer architecture.

Education:

•	High School diploma required or GED
•	Comptia A+, Certification preferred
•	Manufacturer Certification preferred

Position Title: IT Administrator

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
 
SUMMARY:
This position ensures the continuance of the in-house IT System and the provision of appropriate training and support to users of such equipment.  
The ideal candidate will be methodical, analytical, detail-oriented, exercise good judgement, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
•	The analysis of IT systems and processes
•	The maintenance of workstations and networks
•	The support and maintenance of office PCs, internal computer network and telephone systems from both a hardware and a software perspective
•	The provision of technical support to employees
•	The maintenance of such databases as may be required to provide an Audit trail of actions carried out
•	To operate in accordance with the Management System and to recommend changes for its improvement
•	Any other duties deemed necessary, which are within the bounds of the incumbent’s competence and function
•	This position will communicate with all departments at all levels, on a daily basis.
•	Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
-	At least two years’ experience and / or recognized qualifications in Blue Chip / IT industries
-	At least two years’ experience in MS Office Suite and SQL, Internet Explorer, LANs, WANs, Windows Server Environment, firewalls, 
spam and anti-virus and computer hardware


EDUCATION:
-	Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology highly preferred.
-	Microsoft Certification is highly preferred.
