Receipt and audit receipt processing and storage is undertaken at a secure warehouse and technical service locations. Equipment is audited, bar-coded and audit reports are prepared.
Assessment equipment is assessed into two categories:
NCE has a strict policy to ensure that all data on tapes, optical disks & other removable media is destroyed on receipt in the workshops. All magnetic media that is jammed in drives will be removed from the drive, then degaussed and finally physically destroyed. Any optical media such as CD's & DVD's will be physically destroyed.
Administration and reporting
We provide "Duty of Care" waste collection notes certificates of data destruction and audit, recycling and sales reports from our contractor's bespoke database.
NCE assumes responsibility for residual data and environmental disposal issues for all your equipment once it's removed from your premises.
