NCE have been providing sales and service support on behalf of our OEM customers for many years. NCE’s product sales team are able to offer their customers leading edge Data Storage products along with support with after sales service options, depending on the individual needs and requirements of the customer.
Service support can vary from a full three year on site maintenance support contract to standard telephone helpline services. NCE also provides OEM customers with service agreements to support their sales direct to corporate customers or through their authorised channel partners.
NCE employ their own specialist service engineers and technical helpline personnel, and provide a comprehensive training package in conjunction with our OEM partners.
