The Gold service will ensure the very fastest service possible where we will Evaluate your device within 48 hours and when you give us the green light we will make sure your job take absolute priority. If budget is of more importance, then the Bronze service will provide you with a reliable Data Recovery at a very reasonable rate.

Once you have chosen the Service Option which best suits your needs, you’ll need to get the device into our facility. We will require payment up front for the chosen Evaluation Service. Our engineers will then evaluate the job and we will be able to provide you with a quotation, including an estimated timescale. You will also need to chose your preferred method for the return of your data; USB Hard Drive, Flash Drive or DVD.

Once you have received your quotation, you will have the option to either proceed with the data recovery as described or to not progress and we can return your drive.
