Shipping instructions

  1. Enter the data and submit the online form below, once you have read and agreed to our Data Recovery terms and conditions

  2. You can either send us a separate PO or just add the PO# to the "Additional Information" section at the end of the form.

  3. Once the form has been submitted, you can then ship the drive to us to the address below, using our Shipment Form. If you wish, you can produce your own form, using ours as a template.

    Alternatively, you can deliver the drive yourself. Simply complete the evaluation form (below) and bring the drive in, following the directions on our Find Us page

  4. Once we have received the form, we can log it on our system and issue you with an RMA number.
