PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resolve supply/supplier issues; perform as the corporate purchasing liaison between company and suppliers; be the point of contact for
Company and other key Operating Company customers to assist in managing and resolving supplier quality, supply and service issues;
assist and coordinate critical material expedites.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers, suppliers, peers and management.
Proactively participate and provide innovative purchasing solutions in various Operating Company new product and project meetings.
Source business specific materials as required.
Work together with internal / external peers and management to implement best practice methodologies to improve purchasing
operational processes, efficiencies and strategies.
Identify opportunities for improvement take appropriate actions to ensure all supplier performance areas meet or exceed customer
requirements.
Implement tasks and manage timeline of strategic cost savings projects.
Work with various internal departments to help research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Work with various internal departments to resolve supplier claims.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
Associate's / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE:
At least 3 years purchasing, supply chain, demand planning and/or technical/manufacturing experience.
Demonstrated operational buying capability.
Candidate must demonstrate quick study / learner, proven ability to manage change, ability to work across boundaries and borders.
Excellent communicator and demonstrated skills in collaboration.
Strong negotiation and pricing skills for materials and services.
SKILLS:
GREAT PLAINS knowledge & experience
MUST be proficient with Excel, Word, Power Point, E-Sourcing - Purchasing and Outlook systems.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Proficiency and experience with computerized MRP, or ERP systems is preferred.

Hourly Rate $10 to $12 (DOE)

Develops Field Service Contract Project Plans for Assigned Accounts
Coordinates and Communicates Project Plans for Assigned Accounts
Finalizes and Closes Project Plans for Assigned Accounts
Responsible for all customer reporting, as required
Responsible for the ongoing communication with customer
Responsible to identify sales opportunities and give to Sales Team
Responsible to educate and inform Director of Global Service of any contract concerns proactively
Responsible in engaging all management and executive level management in any escalation paths
Responsible for 100% customer satisfaction results

3+ years of experience in quality improvement, program management, or operations
Ability to read and understand standard business documentation (e.g. contract language).
Solid written and oral communication skills.
Solid organizational, and team building skills.
Proven ability to work on several projects simultaneously and under tight schedules.
Advanced MS Office Skills
Knowledge of data collection, analysis, and interpretation is preferred.
Technical knowledge in Data Storage or Servers or Program Mgt Certification, a plus

There exists an immediate opening for Part-Time Human Resources Generalist in the El Cajon office. As a growing company, we are
looking for a dynamic individual with Human Resources education that is looking to grow with us. This position will include assisting
managers with recruiting, interviewing, new hire processes along with company handbook policy enhancement. Additionally, this role
will be the liaison for employees for any human resources needs of the business.

Education: BA/BS in Human Resources Management or Related Field required.
Years of Experience: 3-5 years of increasingly responsible human resource generalist experience.
Required experience includes staffing of positions at all levels, conducting workplace related investigations, and managing performance
and employee relations matters.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with entry level employees, mid-level and executive leaders.
Solid knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
Clear and concise, possessing professional level verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to handle sensitive messages, complex situations and work effectively with a
diverse employee base.
Unquestionable ethics and ability to challenge decisions as needed to ensure legal and ethical standards are maintained.
Demonstrated ability to drive change and achieve results.
Solid PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong organization skills and the proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pace environment required.
